Laura Hinnenkamp focuses on diverse corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity offerings, strategic alliances, general corporate matters, and emerging growth companies. While in law school, Laura served as comments editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law. She also externed in the general counsel’s office at a large university and advised businesses as a student counselor in the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic.
