Leila M. Diallo
Leila Diallo advises institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, fund of funds, and pension plans, on investments in private equity, credit, infrastructure, real estate, and other alternative asset funds, as well as co-investments and separately managed accounts. She also represents buyers and sellers of private fund interests in the secondary market and counsels investment funds and fund managers on fund formation and regulatory and compliance matters. Leila brings regulatory and legislative experience from her time with the Enforcement Division of the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission and working for a senior member of the House Financial Services Committee.
