He is a pioneer in the development of industry-leading workflows, and has an extensive background in leveraging technology to optimize accuracy and efficiency. Having specialized knowledge in high volume, high pressure matters, Leonard works closely with clients to tailor both legal and review strategies to ensure best practices and exceptional client service.

Leonard maintains an active pro bono practice. He recently represented a young Honduran woman and her minor son before the Philadelphia Immigration Court where he successfully secured a grant of withholding of removal under the Convention Against Torture.
