Lexi Stefanatos
Lexi Stefanatos advises clients on UK and EU life sciences regulatory matters. As an associate in the FDA and healthcare practice, Lexi helps pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and cosmetics companies navigate complex regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements across the product lifecycle. Her practice includes advising on clinical research and product development, authorisation and approval, market access and commercialisation issues, regulatory protection, and broader regulatory and policy matters affecting clients in the life sciences sector. Lexi also advises on disputes arising from decisions of regulatory bodies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Lexi worked at an international law firm, where she gained experience across regulatory, commercial, and transactional matters in the life sciences and technology sectors. She also worked in-house with a global biotechnology company and healthcare compliance consultancy, advising on healthcare compliance and risk mitigation, including fraud and abuse, anti-bribery, and anti-kickback requirements.
