Lisa M. Knight represents employers nationwide in employment discrimination disputes. She has experience defending clients in the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state agencies. Lisa has experience assessing claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She also counsels employers on workplace policies and employee discipline and leave issues.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Lisa was commission counsel for the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. In that role, she advised the Commission on claims of discrimination filed against the organization. She also advised the Commission on final adjudications and drafted proposed and final regulations for the Commission. Prior to that role, Lisa served as an assistant chief counsel for the Commission. There, she prosecuted complaints of discrimination in employment, housing, public accommodations, and education. Lisa also represented the Commission in appellate matters.
