Lucas Salada counsels clients on a variety of corporate legal matters and business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, strategic alliances, financings, corporate governance, and compliance with securities laws. He advises clients ranging from emerging high-growth businesses to Fortune 500 companies across several industries.
Lucas’s previous experience includes working in the legal department of a Fortune 500 company providing legal support to lawyers across various lines of business as well as advising entrepreneurs at the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic. His active pro bono practice focuses on counseling nonprofit organizations on formation and governance matters and representing individuals in asylum-related matters.
Lucas received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his M.B.E. from the Perelman School of Medicine. He graduated summa cum laude with Leadership Distinction from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
