Luke F. McCartney

Luke McCartney concentrates his practice on structured finance and securitizations, advising clients in matters involving a wide range of financial assets. Luke represents a diverse range of clients, including financial institutions, issuers, sponsors, and underwriters, in a variety of public and private financings. Luke is admitted in the District of Columbia only, and his practice is supervised by PA Bar members.
