Margaret J. Hart
Margaret J. Hart represents and advises employers in various labor and employment matters. Margaret’s practice includes litigation of discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, trade secret, and wrongful termination claims. She also advises clients on compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Margaret served as a law clerk to Judge Harvey Bartle III of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
During law school, Margaret served as a legal intern for Judge Berle M. Schiller of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as a legal extern for the US Department of Labor, where she supported the Philadelphia Regional Solicitor’s Office. She also served as an executive editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
