Margaret Luo advises multinational clients on all aspects of China employment law, including drafting and negotiating employment and termination contracts and advising on matters related to statutory severance compensation, overtime payments, working hours, confidentiality, noncompetition agreements, and invention assignments. She also counsels clients on various aspects of real estate acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and company operations in China. Margaret also provides advice related to corporate transactions, US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), internal corporate investigations, employee handbooks, and policy manuals. She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
