Maria Korchik

Maria Korchik advises international and United Kingdom clients on a broad range of structured finance transactions, including mortgage and asset-backed securitizations. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Maria completed her training contract at another US law firm, where she gained experience in collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and structured finance, leveraged finance, disputes, and energy and infrastructure transactions.
