Jihyun (Marie) Lee advises mutual funds, investment advisers, boards of directors, exchange-traded funds, and private funds on regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters. Marie assists clients on securities law issues, including fund formation, reorganizations, US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, and corporate governance. Before law school, Marie worked in social work, where she developed a client-centered approach that continues to shape her solution-focused legal practice.
