Jihyun (Marie) Lee advises mutual funds, closed-end funds, exchange-traded funds, investment advisers, and onshore and offshore private funds on regulatory, governance, and transactional matters. She also counsels financial institutions and investment managers on derivatives, financing arrangements, and Exchange Act disclosure and reporting compliance. Before law school, Marie worked in social work, where she developed a client-centered approach that continues to shape her practical, solution-focused practice.
