Mary Ann McNulty
Mary Ann McNulty is part of a team that handles a range of employment matters, including employee benefits, employment discrimination, whistleblower and retaliation claims, wage and hour compliance, hiring practices, and company trade secrets. She specializes in complex litigation and assists clients as they navigate claims arising under various statutes, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). Mary Ann has secured successful outcomes for her clients throughout every litigation stage, including a defense verdict for a two-week trial in federal court, complete dismissals through her motions practice, and resolving matters in arbitration.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Mary Ann clerked for Judge Christy C. Wiegand of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. In law school, Mary Ann was an editor of two journals, the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and The Regulatory Review. She also externed in the Anticompetitive Practices Division of the Federal Trade Commission.
