Mary Ann McNulty is part of a team that handles a range of employment matters, including non-compete agreements, wage and hour compliance, and company trade secrets. She assists clients in navigating the unique challenges that arise in complex employment litigation matters, including collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and class actions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Mary Ann clerked for Judge Christy C. Wiegand of the US District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. In law school, Mary Ann was an editor of two journals, the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and The Regulatory Review. She also externed in the Anticompetitive Practices Division of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). During college, she served as captain of the Princeton University women’s heavyweight rowing team.
