Matthew Bannon
Matthew Bannon concentrates his practice on diverse corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spinoffs, and strategic alliances. Other areas of work include finance, restructuring, securities, and public and private equity offerings. Matthew advises clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging market companies.
Prior to attaining his J.D., Matthew worked in public accounting, primarily auditing alternative investment funds, and finance, with a focus on middle market private debt.
While in law school as a member of Fordham University School of Law’s Evening Division, Matthew continued to work in finance, primarily severing as the treasurer of a publicly traded investment vehicle.
In addition, Matthew has an MBA from the University of Scranton, and he also holds a CPA certificate from the state of New York.
