Matthew Wolock focuses on the regulation of investment companies, investment advisers, mutual funds, and private investment funds on a variety of regulatory and transactional matters. He assists clients with ongoing compliance, formation, registration, corporate governance, and other securities law issues.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Matthew worked at both the Securities and Exchange Commission, in the Division of Economic Research and Analysis, as well as E*TRADE, in the brokerage legal group.
While attending American University, Washington College of Law, Matthew was a business and marketing editor of the American University Business Law Review.
