Marianne Grey is involved in a variety of aspects of the firm’s employee benefits practice, with substantial experience in drafting plan documents, summary plan descriptions, plan amendments, and employee communications for all types of employee benefit plans, including defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans and welfare plans. Marianne holds a certificate of graduation from the Institute for Paralegal Training, Institute for Employee Benefits Training (The Philadelphia Institute).
