Michael H. Carpenter

Michael Carpenter represents individual and corporate clients in complex civil litigation and government investigations. Michael’s experience spans federal, state, and administrative tribunals, and covers industries such as healthcare, technology, telecommunications, banking, and transportation. He has counseled clients through all stages of litigation and has served on several trial teams.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Michael was counsel at a law firm in Washington, DC, where he focused on government and regulatory litigation. He is committed to pro bono work and has represented asylum seekers in immigration courts.
