Michael Schwab represents clients across industries in complex litigation in state and federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution tribunals. Michael has participated in all phases of litigation, including pre-complaint investigations, pleadings, dispositive motions, complex fact and expert discovery, and other pretrial preparations. Previously, he was an associate at Morgan Lewis from 2021 to 2023. Before returning to the firm in 2024, he served as a judicial law clerk for Judge John F. Murphy of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
During law school, Michael interned for Judge Mark A. Kearney of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and Justice Kevin M. Dougherty of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He also served as editor-in-chief of the Villanova Law Review. Prior to law school, Michael graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in chemical engineering.
