Michelle Kennedy assists clients on a variety of corporate transactions, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Michelle advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies with respect to platform acquisitions, dispositions, add-ons, and carve-outs. She also advises clients on a full range of general corporate and corporate governance matters. Michelle practices across multiple industry sectors, including healthcare, technology, consulting, education, retail, utilities, and sports.
