Min Choi, Ph.D., focuses his practice on patent prosecution. With a background in physics, electrical engineering, and computer science, his experience includes nanotechnology, semiconductor, atomic, molecular, optical (AMO) physics, machine learning and artificial intelligence, and electronics.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Min was a patent agent at a boutique IP firm in the Washington, DC area. Prior to becoming a patent agent, Min worked as a technology transfer officer at a major research university in the Chicago area. Min also served a role as a patent searcher for the US Patent and Trademark Office, where he performed patent searches and drafted international search reports and written opinion.
