Naina Adhikari concentrates her practice in the private funds and alternative investment funds industries. She advises clients on the formation, fundraising and operation of private funds across a variety of asset classes, including private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, real estate, impact investments, and other environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investing. Naina assists institutional investors in connection with the structuring and terms of their investments in private investment funds and other alternative investment products. She also assists clients with general corporate matters.
While in law school, Naina served as a finance director for the First-Generation Law Students group. She interned at a private equity firm in New York City and externed with the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Naina was also a PracticePro Diversity Scholar and a recipient of the Asian American Bar Association Law Foundation Scholarship.
