Noah Teixeira
Noah Teixeira focuses his practice on representing public companies, broker-dealers, investment advisers, investment banks, hedge funds, private funds, and individuals in complex federal securities litigation, regulatory investigations, and enforcement proceedings. His practice includes defending clients in civil and criminal matters involving the SEC, DOJ, FINRA, and state attorneys general, as well as conducting internal investigations into alleged securities law violations and corporate misconduct. Noah has experience managing all phases of litigation and regulatory response, from fact development and discovery to settlement negotiations and compliance remediation.
Before joining the firm, Noah completed a federal district court clerkship and held externships with the SEC’s Enforcement Division, the DOJ’s Antitrust Division, and the FDIC. Noah is committed to working on a range of pro bono matters, including voting rights and election integrity.
