Ophélie Boulos advises and represents real estate companies, architects, developers, and other professionals in real estate matters. She advises and litigates in matters involving construction law, insurance law, and commercial leases.
With a particular focus on architectural law, Ophélie drafts contracts, and has worked on matters involving architects’ liability, intellectual property, and recovery of fees. Bilingual, she speaks French and English.

- Audit of 75 leases of all types and covering various asset classes following the sale of a real estate portfolio with a view to asset valuation.
- Assistance to the real estate company of a French postal operator in setting up and monitoring several postal sorting platform construction projects in France (BEFA, sublease, MADA, etc.).
- Assistance to a French real estate company in evicting its tenants (offices and businesses) as part of the renovation of several business parks (termination of commercial leases),
- Assistance to the real estate company of a French postal operator in managing its leases (50 active files, contract management, pre-litigation and litigation),
