Paige E. Forcier

Paige Forcier represents clients, including institutional investors, direct lenders and investment funds, in a broad range of domestic and cross-border private placement financings, project finance transactions, and other secured and unsecured lending transactions. She also focuses her practice on out-of-court restructurings, complex amendments, and workouts related to such transactions.
During law school, Paige served as an articles editor for the Connecticut Law Review and was an intern for Judge Alfred V. Covello of the US District Court for the District of Connecticut.
- Represented a group of institutional investors holding $175 million of senior unsecured notes in the complex restructuring of a private commercial real estate lender involving multiple affected creditor groups
