Paige Forcier represents a variety of financial institutions in a broad range of corporate finance transactions, including private placement financings and secured and unsecured lending transactions. She is also building her practice related to corporate financial restructurings and complex workouts.
During law school, Paige served as an articles editor for the Connecticut Law Review and was an intern for Judge Alfred V. Covello of the US District Court for the District of Connecticut.
