  • Represented bondholders in connection with the issuance of $710 million of senior bonds by a Canadian forest management company
  • Counsel to a US insurance company and its affiliates in a “one-stop” financing for a global mobility company
  • Represented institutional investors in connection with a private placement financing of $55 million senior secured notes for a financial technology firm that owns and operates a securities lending trading platform
  • Represented institutional investors in connection with the issuance of $305 million of senior notes by a US Business Development Company (BDC)
  • Represented institutional investors in a private placement financing of $250 million of senior secured notes by a US manufacturer of paper for packaging, containing, wrapping and newspapers
  • Represented institutional investors in connection with private placement financings of $150 million and $100 million senior notes issued by large natural gas distribution utility companies
  • Represented an alternative investment manager in a direct lending financing of $31 million to a high-net-worth family and their related property management companies
  • Represented an alternative investment manager’s bankruptcy-remote Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) borrower in connection with a warehouse facility secured by underlying loan portfolios held by the SPV borrower
  • Counsel to a noteholder group in restructuring and refinancing discussions with a South African issuer
  • Counsel to a US provider of outsourced business and communication services in restructuring discussions with a middle market private equity sponsor
