Polina Sizikova represents major international and domestic financial institutions, traders, and producers on complex and multijurisdictional litigation matters including bankruptcy proceedings and enforcement actions. She also advises on international commercial arbitration matters under the rules of the leading arbitration institutions, including the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC). With experience in dispute resolution matters, Polina also advises on the banking and finance matters including syndicating lending, pre-export finance, and prepayment finance. She is qualified to practice in the Russian Federation only.
