C. Praise Oh is part of a team that advises clients on labor and employment matters, including whistleblowing, discrimination, management relations, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Praise also represents companies in employment actions and works with employers to establish and implement policies that reduce the risk of litigation. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Praise was a law clerk at the US Court of Federal Claims, the US District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
