Rakesh Beniwal focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, equity investments, joint ventures, and general corporate and governance matters. While Rakesh has experience across industries, he focuses on regulated industries, particularly the insurance industry. Rakesh has experience with insurance regulatory and solvency matters, including those unique to insurance carriers, agents, and brokerages. He regularly advises on business transactions specific to the insurance industry, including producer and carrier agreements.
