Rory Page

Rory Page’s practice focuses on advising fund sponsors and institutional investors across a range of private funds transactions including the formation, structuring and operation of international investment funds (open- and closed-ended), secondary transactions, and primary investments across various alternative investment strategies. Rory also advises on other related transactions, including carried interest and co-investment arrangements and management company restructurings. He is admitted in England & Wales.
