Bing (Rose) Le
Bing (Rose) Le advises multinational clients across a broad range of industries on complex, cross-border internal investigations and compliance matters. She counsels clients on high-stakes and sensitive investigations, including those presenting potential government enforcement exposure under anti-corruption regimes such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. In addition, she advises on the design, implementation, and enhancement of global compliance programs, including third-party due diligence, M&A-related compliance reviews, and regulatory risk management. She also delivers compliance training to senior management and employees. Rose speaks English and Mandarin.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Rose practiced at another global law firm.
- Represented a global software company in an internal investigation into alleged bribery and distributor-related risks
- Advised a multinational technology company on an internal investigation concerning alleged product-related compliance issues
- Represented multinational pharmaceutical companies in multiple anti-bribery and anti-corruption investigations arising from whistleblower allegations, including sales revenue inflation, improper marketing and promotional practices, and other irregularities in China
- Represented a multinational medical device manufacturer in anti-corruption investigations involving third-party risks in China
- Advised a multinational consumer health company in a series of internal investigations relating to alleged fraud involving expenses and event documentation in China
- Conducted compliance due diligence and internal investigations in China for multinational clients in connection with M&A transactions
