Sabrina has advised international and regional private equity investors, real estate development companies, and financial institutions on a variety of transactions involving real estate in Asia, including acquisition and disposition of various types of real property, formation of joint venture at both asset and platform levels, asset and property management, and bank financing, and other types of institutional lenders and venture capital firms in the formation of real estate private equity funds, and raising equity and debt for such funds.

Sabrina focuses on cross-border healthcare transactions and regulatory works advising international healthcare provider and medical device companies on a variety of M&A and regulatory work.

• Represented a US healthcare services provider (Nasdaq) in its equity acquisition of 14 People’s Republic of China private hospitals and subsequent convertible loan deal
• Represented a US donor organ recovery, preservation, and transport medical devices provider in its China regulatory work, including MAH
• Represented a European medical device company in its China establishment and regulatory work
• Represented a US privately held alternative asset management firm in its assets and shares acquisition of the organic leather chemicals business from a Germany-based company (listed in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index and FTSE4Good)
• Represented an American publicly traded, multinational conglomerate corporation in selling its auto parts business to a New Zealand private investment firm, covering the jurisdictions of more than 10 countries and regions
• Represented a US world-class chemicals company in its equity acquisition of chemical business located in Guangdong, China
• Represented a global alternative investment management and advisory company in its real estate fund portfolio investment with 10 logistic real estate properties in China
• Represented an Australian integrated commercial and industrial property group in four equity acquisition projects with People’s Republic of China industrial and logistic real estate properties located in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai
