Sarah E. Connolly advises pension funds and other institutional investors in connection with their investments in domestic and international private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, fund of funds, captive funds, and separate accounts. Sarah also advises investment managers on fund formation and ongoing operational matters. Before joining the firm, Sarah worked as an associate at international law firms, where she worked with hedge fund and registered fund clients.
