Spencer A.G. Curtis focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt financings, financial restructuring and insolvency matters, and general corporate matters.
While attending law school, Spencer was symposium editor for the Villanova Environmental Law Journal and vice president of the Villanova Sports & Entertainment Law Society. He also previously served as student body vice president at Villanova University, as well as a student representative to the finance and academic committees of the Villanova University Board of Trustees.
