Sean R. Caulfield
Sean R. Caulfield specializes in a wide range of employment-related matters. Sean defends employment disputes, including discrimination, retaliation, and harassment litigation, before federal and state courts and arbitral forums. He handles sensitive internal investigations of employee complaints and advises employers on appropriate responses and remediation measures.
Sean also provides day-to-day guidance to clients on various workplace concerns, performance management, employee separations, and reductions in force. He drafts and negotiates all forms of personnel-related agreements, including employment and separation agreements. As a J.D./M.B.A. recipient, Sean leverages his dual education to develop practical and business-centric solutions for employers.
In addition, Sean maintains an active pro bono practice, through which he assists low-income individuals and nonprofit organizations with a number of issues.
