Shane C. O’Halloran’s practice focuses on complex employment issues, including wage and hour class and collective actions, restrictive covenant litigation, internal investigations, harassment and discrimination claims, and whistleblower litigation. Shane litigates matters in both state and federal courts across the United States, and handles disputes through arbitration and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Shane also counsels clients on employment-related matters, including wage and hour compliance and day-to-day employment issues. In addition, Shane maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting individuals and nonprofit organizations with a range of issues.
