Shannon L.C. Ammon is part of a team that advises clients on labor and employment issues, including compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. The group represents employers facing complex class and collective action litigation as well as single-plaintiff cases before US state and federal courts and administrative agencies, and in arbitrations. Shannon has experience in all stages of litigation, including fact discovery, taking depositions, evidentiary hearings, and drafting motions and briefs, including dispositive motions.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Shannon handled complex commercial disputes and appellate matters in the litigation department of a national law firm.
Shannon has a strong commitment to pro bono work. She represents youth in connection with the Support Center for Child Advocates, and has also represented non-profit organizations in filing amicus briefs before the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and US Supreme Court.
