Simone Adkins is part of a team that advises clients on labor and employment issues, including whistleblowers, discrimination, management relations, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. She also represents employers in employment actions and works with employers to establish and implement policies that reduce the risk of litigation.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Simone was an associate at a regional law firm. She concentrated her practice on labor and employment litigation and counseling matters, as well as civil rights litigation in state and federal courts.
During law school, Simone served as a legal extern in the Civil Litigation Unit of the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as a student attorney in Temple’s Family Law Litigation Clinic, where she represented low-income individuals in protection from abuse, adoption, and custody disputes.
