Stephanie A. Roy
Stephanie Roy advises telecommunications and aerospace companies on strategic regulatory and commercial transactional matters. Stephanie has obtained satellite, earth station, experimental, and wireless licenses for her clients, as well as key transaction approvals from federal and state agencies. Stephanie structures, drafts, and negotiates important commercial agreements for her clients, including alliance and co-development, supply chain, channel partner, intellectual property (IP) license, software as a service (SaaS), infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and data sourcing agreements. For her aerospace clients, these have included satellite procurement and component sourcing, launch services, and end user product and services sales agreements.
