Steve Candido is a member of the investment management practice that advises private investment funds, investment managers, financial services firms, and institutional investors in formation, investment, transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters. In addition, Steve represents buyers and sellers of private fund interests in the secondary market.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Steve was an associate in the investment management group of a national law firm, where he dealt in matters that included the formation and representation of hedge funds and other private investment funds, and the registration of investment advisers and related regulatory compliance.
