Sam Thomas focuses his practice primarily on commercial, media, and securities litigation in state and federal courts and domestic and international arbitration. Sam’s media work includes representing newspapers and publishers in cases involving a variety of issues, including free speech rights, the public’s right of access to information, and defamation. Sam’s commercial work includes representing public and private companies in cases involving contract, commercial speech, intellectual property, and unfair and deceptive trade practices or competition disputes.
Before joining Morgan Lewis, Sam served as a law clerk at the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Sam also serves as an adjunct professor at Boston College Law School.
