Tadao Horibe advises clients on securities and real estate transactions, including the liquidation of assets that use the TMK and TK-GK structure and the provision of regulatory advice to financial institutions, financial instruments, business operators, and real estate agents. Tadao also has experience in trust transactions, commercial litigation, and general corporate matters, including venture startup transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. Tadao is a member of the Tokyo Bar Association’s research group concerning real estate–related matters.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Tadao was a partner for more than 10 years at other leading international and domestic law firms.
