Tara McBride advises borrowers and issuers on a variety of lending, credit, and other debt capital markets transactions. As a member of the firm’s borrower finance team, Tara works closely with CFOs, treasurers, heads of capital markets, general counsels, and in-house legal teams to help finance the future of their businesses. While in law school, Tara served as a student works editor of the Villanova Law Review.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Tara worked in public accounting as an auditor and as the assistant controller of a boutique advertising firm. She also holds a CPA license from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
