Tawni Henderson provides intellectual property prosecution and litigation services for clients in a variety of technological fields. Tawni has a B.S. in electrical engineering from Santa Clara University, with experience in areas such as digital and analog hardware design, software development, semiconductor materials and devices, databases, machine learning, image processing, and satellite telecommunications.
While in law school, Tawni served as the co-president of Women and Law and was a member of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association. She also worked as an intellectual property law clerk, assisting attorneys with patent prosecution and patent litigation matters involving complex technologies.
Before attending law school, Tawni worked at Analog Devices, formerly known Maxim Integrated, as an intern engineer in the industrial and health business unit. She worked in research and development on sensors for bio wearable devices. Her senior design capstone included designing, testing, and building a “skin phantom” that mimicked the electrical properties of human skin for the purpose of biomedical device testing.
