Thomas Duda counsels and defends employers in both employment and traditional labor matters. His experience includes representation of clients before the National Labor Relations Board as well as single-plaintiff, systemic litigation (including ERISA), and arbitration proceedings. A former HR professional for represented and unrepresented workforces, Thomas draws upon his multi-industry experience to provide creative solutions aligned with company culture and business needs. While in law school, he worked in-house as the employment law intern at a large technology company.
