Timothy Slind advises on a range of structured finance transactions, including mortgage- and asset-backed securitisations and related swap transactions. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Timothy was part of the international debt capital markets team in both the London and Paris offices of another international law firm. During his time there, he undertook a secondment at a major European investment bank, advising on interest rate and cross-currency swaps, as well as a range of equity derivatives and structured products. Timothy’s clients include global investment banks and asset managers.
