Tim Stephens concentrates on financial institutions litigation and other complex commercial litigation. Tim represents clients in securities fraud and class actions, product liability actions, tax litigation, commercial real estate disputes, trademark infringement actions, and non-compete and other covenant-related litigation matters and counseling. Tim has also litigated disputes concerning fine art on behalf of collectors, artists and gallery owners.
