Tim Stephens concentrates on financial institutions litigation and other complex commercial litigation. Tim represents clients in securities fraud and class actions, product liability actions, tax litigation, commercial real estate disputes, and trademark infringement actions, among others. Tim has also litigated disputes concerning fine art on behalf of collectors, artists and gallery owners.
