Veronica M. Fallon
Veronica Fallon provides legal services and advice to clients related to stable value contracts and similar investment products. Previously, Veronica served as vice president of Goldman Sachs Asset Management LP (GSAM) as a member of its legal team from 2012 through 2020 and negotiated complex investment contracts, licensing, and other contracts supporting the firm’s stable value business, including the restructuring of stable value funds, involving analysis of complex securities and Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) issues.
Veronica provided advice to the GSAM stable value client service and marketing teams in the development of disclosures for clients, client prospects, and consultants. Veronica also provided legal advice and negotiated contracts for GSAM’s private fund business.
From 2001 through 2012, Veronica served as the deputy general counsel of Dwight Asset Management Company LLC, a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)-registered investment advisory firm that was acquired by GSAM in May 2012. Veronica was responsible for legal and regulatory matters related to the firm’s stable value investment advisory business.
