Victoria Kaplan focuses her practice on a broad range of global finance matters, with an emphasis on structured and leveraged finance transactions across a variety of asset classes and collateral types. She represents issuers, underwriters, servicers, and investors in private placements of residential mortgage-, commercial mortgage-, and asset-backed securities. Victoria also represents arrangers and managers in connection with collateralized loan obligation transactions (CLOs). She also has experience in representing lenders in connection with multi-currency cross-border financing and project financing. Victoria is fluent in Ukrainian.
