Victoria McCaslin counsels clients on a wide range of employee benefit and executive compensation issues. Her work includes advising clients on Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) compliance, health and welfare arrangements, and complying with ERISA’s fiduciary duties. While attending the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Victoria participated in the school's Low Income Taxpayer Clinic. Prior to law school, she worked as an immigration paralegal at a regional law firm.
