He also counsels businesses on antitrust and litigation risks and advises on risk management strategies. Vincent represents companies across a broad range of industries, with particular focus in the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Vincent served as law clerk to Judge Peter Sheridan, US District Judge of the US District Court of the District of New Jersey.
