Wadie Sanbar’s practice focuses on banking and finance matters, advising French and non-French banks, financial institutions, funds, corporations, and asset managers on cross-border and regulatory issues, internal control structure operations, contract negotiation and drafting, and managing and maintaining relationships with authorities. He also represents clients in business litigation and white collar criminal matters, as well as international arbitration.
Wadie is the co-author of Cross-Border Banking and Finance Rights: Legal Aspects and Practices for Access into the French Market (2013) and has been a frequent author for legal publications on cross-border issues in banking and finance.
